Shipping costs are calculated as a percentage of the order total. If an item requires truck delivery and/or special handling, additional shipping charges may be applicable. We will contact you with a final shipping cost if this should occur with an item contained in your order. No additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card without approval.

  • Shipping charges cover the packing, transit, and safe delivery of your purchase. Most items are shipped via UPS and typically take three to six business days to reach a destination after departure from the warehouse.
  • We are unable to ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. To protect your purchase, all items are shipped with insurance and require a signature for delivery.
  • Select items from our Web site may feature an expedited ship option. If available with a particular item, an expedited shipping timeframe will be displayed in addition to the standard shipping window (under “Availability”). Please note that “Availability” only indicates when an individual item is estimated to begin its transit (leaves the warehouse to our shipping carrier).
  • Availability timeframes do not indicate the exact delivery of an item to your destination address.
  • Any costs resulting from changes to a shipping address once an item leaves the warehouse are the customer’s responsibility.
  • As a retailer of products from all over the world, the availability of the products we feature can vary significantly. Therefore, we typically ship items as they become available versus waiting to entirely ship a multiple item order that may be have possible delays with individual items.

If your item is delivered damaged, please contact us immediately. This helps us substantiate a damage claim with our shipper and more expeditiously coordinate a replacement shipment to you, if immediately available. Always inspect the contents of a box as damage.
